Vincenzo is our Head Chef and creative director. He began his career in his home region of Italy before moving to the UK in 2015 where he honed his skills in the kitchens of London’s finest private members clubs in Pall Mall. His passion is for locally sourced sustainable ingredients put together with the minimum of fuss to create exquisite dishes.

Sophie is the heart and soul of our business. She’s had a magical and varied career mixing teaching and acting with managing some of the UK’s most exclusive private bars. She is a mixologist extraordinaire and quite simply our favourite hostess.
